Please note: Individual services could have agreements, policies and eligibility
criteria. These Terms go alongside such service-specific Terms.
Loan Terms
- Loans are granted under eligibility checks, credit
worthiness evaluation and in line with the regulatory requirements.
- The loan agreement between you and the Company will
be explicit on interest rates, repayment schedules and fees.
- Failure to make payment at the right time or at all
can lead to extra fees, fines, or lawsuits as per the signed loan agreement.
- The Company reserves the right to report defaulters
to credit bureaus as required by law.
Insurance Terms
- The terms, conditions and exclusions concerning
insurance policies are found in the corresponding policy documents issued by the insurer.
- The Company can only serve as a middleman between
you and the insurance company but is not responsible to settle the claims, delay or the claim
refusal.
- Premium amounts must be paid on time to ensure
policy continuity and claim eligibility.
Fees and Charges
All process fees and administrative expenses, penalties and taxes will also be made
available in advance before any service is availed. The Company reserves the right to revise fees or
charges as per business requirements and regulatory guidelines.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of your account details, passwords, and financial information.
- You agree not to misuse our services for fraudulent
activities, money laundering, or any illegal purpose.
- Any loss or damage arising due to negligence in
safeguarding your information shall not be the responsibility of the Company.
Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee continuous access or error-free performance or performance or
results of financial decisions made by you even when we are doing our best to offer accurate and
reliable services.
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising out of your use of our services, except as required by law.

to make them convenient to access and we are not endorsing or responsible to their content, privacy

all outstanding dues.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions will be subject to and interpreted by the laws of India.
Any controversy will be liable to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of NCR.
Amendments
We can change or revise these Terms and Conditions as and when we see fit to
incorporate any changes in the laws and services or business practice. The new version will be placed on
our site with a new date of effect.
